Majestor Pre-Reservation

By accessing or browsing the MG website and/or completing the pre-reservation form, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional guidelines, privacy policy, rules, and supplementary terms referenced herein (collectively referred to as the “T&C”). You further acknowledge that you have expressly solicited a call/message from JSW MG Motor India Private Limited (“MGI”) in relation to your pre-reservation, related transactions, and/or promotional communications.

You also understand that MGI is acting solely as a facilitator and that the online pre-reservation facility provided via MG’s website is offered on behalf of MGI’s authorised dealers (“Authorised Dealer”) for customer convenience only. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. Pre-Reservation Amount & Refundability

• A fully refundable amount of INR 41,000/- is required to pre-reserve the Majestor.
• The pre-reservation amount shall be fully refunded in the event of cancellation by the customer at any time, without any deductions.
• MGI acts only as a facilitator for the pre-reservation of the vehicle. The amount collected shall be transferred to the Authorised Dealer selected based on the customer’s city of choice. The Authorised Dealer shall be solely responsible for collection of the balance consideration and delivery of the vehicle.

2. Pre-Reservation Process

• Pre-reservations can be made online through MG’s official website https://www.mgmotor.co.in/.
• Upon successful payment of the pre-reservation amount, customers will receive a confirmation along with a unique pre-reservation ID on the registered email ID and/or mobile number.
• Pre-reservation is optional and is initiated by MGI solely to prioritise and facilitate interested customers. Vehicles may also be booked and purchased without pre-reserving through the website.

3. Pre-Reserve Priority

• Pre-reservation does not guarantee a specific delivery slot, vehicle configuration, variant, or colour.
• Delivery priority may be considered based on factors such as the date and time of pre-reservation.
• Final delivery allocation shall be subject to vehicle availability, production schedules, regulatory approvals, and customer preferences, if any.

4. Launch & Pricing

• The official booking date & pricing of the MG Majestor in India will be announced later.
• Pre-reserved customers will receive priority information and updates related to the launch.
• Vehicle prices are subject to change without prior notice due to statutory levies, taxes, market conditions, or other factors, and MGI does not assume any legal obligation to notify customers of such changes.
• Prices may vary based on the location of the Authorised Dealer. Customers are advised to contact their selected Authorised Dealer for final pricing details. Please directly contact the Authorized Dealer for more information regarding the same.

5. Vehicle Specifications & Features

• The specification of the vehicle including colour, model and features are subject to change due to updates from the manufacturer or availability issues. MGI will make reasonable efforts to ensure the vehicles confirm to the agreed-upon specifications but shall not be liable for deviations.
• Variant selection, confirmation timelines, and delivery schedules will depend on availability at the preferred Authorised Dealer.
• MGI reserves the right to modify variants, variant names, features, specifications, price, colour, equipment specifications and model without prior notice. Further, MGI reserves the right to stop production of any model at its own discretion without any prior notice.
• The accessories and features shown in the pictures may not be part of the standard equipment and may vary depending on the specific model, make, modification or optional features of the vehicle selected by the customer.

6. Pre-Reservation Benefits

• The “5-5-5 Peace of Mind with MG Shield” benefits are applicable only to the first 1,000 (one thousand) eligible customers who successfully complete the pre-reservation process, subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria as determined by MGI.
  • 5 Years Unlimited Kilometres Warranty, subject to the standard warranty terms, exclusions, limitations, and conditions as prescribed by JSW MG Motor India Private Limited (“MGI”) from time to time.
  • 5 Years Roadside Assistance, provided in accordance with the applicable roadside assistance program terms, coverage limits, exclusions, and conditions prevailing at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • 5 Labour-Free Services, applicable only towards labour charges during scheduled services, and subject to prescribed service intervals, exclusions, consumables, wear-and-tear items, and the service policies of MGI and/or the Authorised Dealer.
• Priority booking consideration, subject to vehicle availability, production schedules, and allocation policies determined by MGI and the respective Authorised Dealer.
• ICICI Emeralde Credit Card access, subject to the applicant meeting the eligibility criteria, credit appraisal norms, and approval requirements as determined solely by ICICI Bank Limited. MGI shall have no role, responsibility, or liability in the approval or issuance of the said credit card.
• Exclusive access to MG previews, which may include early information, displays, events, or communications, as determined by MGI at its sole discretion. Such access shall not be construed as a guaranteed invitation to any specific event or engagement.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

These T&C are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of MGI shall be final and binding.

MGI, its directors, employees, Authorised Dealers, consultants, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the pre-reservation process.

Online pre-reservation is only an expression of interest and does not constitute a confirmed booking or sales contract, except as expressly provided herein.

MGI will not assume any liability for inability or failure on their part in executing any order registered by any customer on account of any causes, constituting a force majeure or otherwise, beyond their control.

Customer hereby expressly consents to MGI storing/transferring the personal data (i.e. personally identifiable data) that is voluntarily supplied herein and to process and use it by MGI as it deems appropriate for the purposes of providing services or share with its affiliates, associates, Authorised Dealers, agencies, auditors, legal advisers, marketing partners, representatives, etc. to contact the customerthrough outbound call by telephone/mobile numbers or send SMS or WhatsApp or email for offers, marketing and/or promotions, product related information, newsletter, market survey, poll, research, study, programs, enquiries about offerings, services and other legitimate purposes. MGI may disclose information if required to do so by any government/regulatory agency.

All personal data accumulated will be acquired, processed and used according to the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data for the sole purpose of managing and maintaining MGI’s own legitimate business interests.

Although MGI takes reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, it cannot guarantee that personal data that Customer provides is safe from unauthorised access/disclosure by hacking or otherwise.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes and differences arising in connection with or arising out of these TnC shall be resolved through the process of arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. Parties shall mutually appoint one arbitrator. The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The award shall be a speaking award giving reasons for allowance/rejection of the claims of the Parties. The venue of arbitration shall be at Gurugram, India only and the language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The courts of Gurugram, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the matter. In any event that any of these TnC, is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable or indications of the same are received, MGI reserves the right to amend the same to subserve the intent and purpose of that particular provision, which when amended shall be binding on you. The remaining provisions of these TnC shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon you.
