Terms & Conditions

• Offer valid only on eligible retail purchases of MG Windsor, MG Comet and MG Hector (eligible variants) through participating authorized JSW MG dealerships in Kerala during the campaign period.
• Eligible customers purchasing MG Windsor shall receive a 1 gm Gold Coin, Exchange Bonus of ₹20,000 and a Free Charging Offer, valid for the first 1,000 units or for a period of 6 months, whichever is earlier, subject to the applicable programme terms.
• Eligible customers purchasing MG Comet shall receive a 1 gm Gold Coin, Cash Benefit of ₹25,000 and Exchange Bonus of ₹20,000, subject to the approved offer structure.
• Eligible customers purchasing MG Hector shall receive a 1 gm Gold Coin, 4th & 5th Year Extended Warranty & Roadside Assistance (RSA) and Exchange Bonus of ₹20,000, subject to the approved offer structure.
• Gold coin weight shall be approximately 1 gram. Brand, design, purity and packaging may vary.
• Gold coin availability shall be subject to stock availability.
• JSW MG Motor India / participating dealer reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative benefit of similar value in case of non-availability of the gold coin.
• Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
• Applicable taxes, GST, TDS or other statutory levies arising in connection with the offer shall be borne by the customer.
• Offer applicability shall be subject to vehicle booking, invoicing and retail delivery within the notified campaign period.
• The Free Charging Offer applicable on MG Windsor shall be valid for the first 1,000 units or for a period of 6 months, whichever is earlier, and shall be governed by the applicable programme terms and conditions.
• Fleet, institutional and other non-retail purchases may be excluded unless otherwise approved by JSW MG Motor India.
• JSW MG Motor India reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the scheme at its discretion without prior notice.
• Any other terms, conditions and eligibility criteria as may be communicated by JSW MG Motor India from time to time shall apply.
