

JSW MG Motor Governance Structure

The Head of ESCG will serve as a permanent invitee to the ESCG Committee and will report directly to the Board of Directors. The Finance Controller will participate in ESCG meetings on an as-needed basis. The ESCG Committee is responsible for reporting to both the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee on a semi-annual basis, and may also be convened as required

The ESCG Committee will meet twice annually and may be convened during Board meetings as required. The Financial Controller will present a Budget Statement detailing funding sources, allocations, and expenditures. The Committee will also conduct an annual review of the Charter’s adequacy and propose any necessary amendments to the Board for approval.

The ESCG Committee will meet as needed and submit relevant departmental reports to the Head of the ESCG Committee. Senior management and external advisors may be invited to attend these meetings. Committee members can participate either in person or via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, as per convenience.

Attracting elite runners from across India and the world, the marathon champions civic engagement by uniting individuals, corporates, and social organizations. With a focus on health, wellness, and community, MGVM—an AIMS and AFI certified race—promotes its core values of “Sports, Seva, Swachchata.” It also serves as a platform for NGOs and Divyang Associations to raise visibility, awareness, and support for their causes.
