Charu Kaushal is the Managing Director of Allianz Partners India, one of the largest assistance company in India. Charu joined Allianz Partners in May 2014 os the Chief Sales Officer and has played a crucial role in charting out an outstanding growth trajectory in India. With over 10 years of dedicated service to Allianz Partners India, Charu is a seasoned business leader with a rich background in Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Retail. Over the course of two decades of professional experience, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in roles with P&L accountability for over a decade. Prior to joining Allionz Partners, she worked at Citigroup for close to a decode specializing in consumer finance and retail lending. During her time there, she served os the Business Head for personal loans, managing a robust network of 450 strong branches. Her professional journey also includes stints ot Perfetti, Arvind Mills, and Netombit. She is a graduate in Economics from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and holds an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.
