Arun Singh Khushwah
Arun Singh Kushwah is a product strategist with 22 years in the automotive industry, spanning two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and passenger cars. He has worked across Mahindra & Mahindra, Bajaj Auto, Honda Motorcycles, and JSW Motors in senior product planning and strategy roles. His track record includes taking Mahindra's small commercial vehicle business to market leadership, growing share from 30% to 46% and building the international expansion strategy roadmap for Mahindra & Mahindra. He has contributed to landmark products, including the new-generation Bajaj Pulsar and Discover, Honda's Activa and motorcycle portfolio, and KTM's entry into India. He is currently a founding strategy member at JSW Mobility, working on product, GTM, and business strategy for a new automotive enterprise. He brings to the jury a practitioner's perspective on what it takes for products to win, and why they sometimes don't, in a competitive markets.
