Lucknow, July 25, 2023: A detailed investigation is being conducted to ascertain the facts of the recent thermal incident at Lucknow involving MG Hector Plus (purchased in September’21) which had clocked around 41000+ kms. The customer is completely safe and our technical team on the ground is engaged with the customer as we continue to extend all support.
