1. Introduction

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the EV Running Cost Comparison Tool ("Tool") made available on the Company’s website. The Tool is developed and technically supported by an independent third-party service provider, ClickMyCar ("Tool Provider"). By accessing or using the Tool, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of the Tool

The Tool is an interactive estimation utility made available for informational and illustrative purposes only. It generates projected comparisons between Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles and Electric Vehicles (EVs) based solely on user-provided inputs and predefined assumptions.

3. No Professional Advice

The Tool does not constitute financial, tax, environmental, engineering, or purchasing advice. The outputs should not be relied upon as guarantees of savings or performance.

4. User Input Responsibility

All results are dependent entirely on the accuracy of user inputs. The Company does not verify or validate user-provided information and disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect inputs.

5. Assumptions & Variables

Outputs are subject to variables including fuel prices, electricity tariffs, driving patterns, maintenance costs, battery performance, charging patterns, and government policies. Actual savings may materially differ.

6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Tool is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.

7. Third-Party Technology Disclosure

The Tool’s calculation engine and methodology are operated by the Tool Provider. The Company does not independently audit or certify the underlying algorithms or data models, though it may review the assumptions used by the Tool Provider.

8. Results Page Disclaimer

The savings and cost comparisons shown are illustrative estimates based on user inputs and assumed energy prices. Actual results may differ significantly based on individual driving patterns, maintenance needs, usage behaviour, and market fluctuations. The Tool does not guarantee any specific financial savings.

9. Methodology Transparency

The Tool will disclose the basis of calculation including assumed fuel price per litre, electricity tariff per kWh, vehicle efficiency benchmarks, and any standardised cost assumptions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

The Tool shall comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If personal data is collected, it shall be processed lawfully with user consent, used only for specified purposes, and retained for a limited duration.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against misuse, automated scraping, or manipulation of results.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Tool and its use shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Taxation Liability

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any taxation obligations arising from the sale of the vehicle or participation in the buyback program. Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, if imposed under prevailing law, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
